Refund and Return policy —
We do not offer exchanges or refunds for products that have been opened and/or used. Products not opened or used can be exchanged for other goods, a store, credit or a full refund. The customer is responsible for shipping fees for returned items.
Defective items: Any goods with a defect can be sent back to our warehouse for a replacement. Please contact email@example.com for replacement information.
Delivery policy —
All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 2 business days and shipped via United State Postal Service from our California warehouse.
Orders may end up being returned for various reasons including: non-payment of Duty & VAT, incorrect address, unclaimed at post office, etc. If a package is returned or rejected, the customer will need to email firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange redelivery at their own expense.
EMS XF accepts no responsibility for any lost or unclaimed packaged. EMS XF will help as much as possible to trace a missing parcel however it is the customer’s responsibility to follow up with the carrier to file a parcel investigation.
